This five-level, 121,959-square-foot precast concrete parking deck was constructed to support the Alpharetta City Hall campus and adjacent civic facilities.

Hodges & Hicks provided both Preconstruction and Construction Phase Services, working closely with the project team to manage budgeting, scheduling, and constructability planning prior to breaking ground. As General Contractor, we oversaw all aspects of the build, including complex concrete foundations, structural systems, and a decorative façade with brick inlays, colored concrete, and architectural detailing.

The project delivered essential parking capacity while laying the groundwork for future development and long-term accessibility in downtown Alpharetta.
