Druid Hills Golf Club – Clifton Building & Pool Renovation

Project Overview: Since 2018, Hodges & Hicks has partnered with Druid Hills Golf Club to deliver multiple phases of construction across the campus. Early work included expansion of the pool terrace and outdoor bar, followed by construction of a state-of-the-art golf learning center, golf simulator, and pool deck extension completed in 2022.

The most recent and largest phase is the Clifton Building, a new facility housing fitness areas, locker rooms, and aquatics programming. The project also included a full renovation of the main lap pool, construction of a second pool and baby pool, two check-in buildings, and a covered walkway tying the new facility back to the clubhouse. An elevated outdoor terrace rounds out the member experience. Hodges & Hicks provided complete general contracting services across all phases.
