Project Overview: As part of a long-term campus transformation, Hodges & Hicks delivered a new 39,000-square-foot Lower School building for grades 1 through 5, replacing an aging facility with a purpose-built space designed for modern teaching and learning. The building includes updated classrooms, collaborative learning environments, and flexible common areas that promote engagement and academic growth.

This marks the third major project Hodges & Hicks has completed on campus, continuing a trusted partnership built on alignment with the school’s mission. With school in session throughout construction, we implemented detailed site logistics to ensure safety and minimize disruption. The Lower School project strengthens a cohesive, forward-looking campus for the next generation of students.
