This particular medical office facility serves as the anchor to Gwinnet’s The Grove at Town Center. An opportunity to bring care closer to the community, Hodges & Hicks led the team through a challenging market, keeping the schedule on track and managing the budget – all in an effort to deliver on the promises made to a long-standing client.

Ground-up 45,000 SF medical office building that features new ambulatory surgical center, general surgeon’s suite, women’s imaging center, sports orthopedic center, and a ground-up 7,500 SF of medical retail including an urgent care facility.
