Hodges & Hicks provided demolition of existing classroom trailer compound and built a new 21,000 SF Lower School Classroom Building.  This is the first permanent building for the Lower School since the school’s inception. Services included preconstruction, extensive value engineering, site logistics coordination, scheduling, and general contracting.
