This six-story, 295,134-square-foot precast parking deck was constructed to improve site access, expand parking capacity, and support the long-term growth of The Commons at Lake Hearn campus.

Hodges & Hicks provided both Preconstruction and Construction Phase Services, including extensive sitework, phasing, and demolition of the existing deck adjacent to an active office building. The new deck was carefully integrated into the existing layout to serve multiple buildings while complementing new landscaping, hardscape, and architectural upgrades across the site.

The result: a key piece of infrastructure built with minimal disruption and designed to support the continued evolution of the campus.
