The Wesleyan School project included over 11 acres of site work to develop a new lacrosse field and stadium, a new softball field and stadium, an artificial turf practice field, an additional football practice field and an 8,600 SF field house. The field house was a heavy timber structure with locker rooms, concessions, training rooms, a large covered gathering space. Services included preconstruction, value engineering, site logistics coordination, scheduling and general contracting.
