This renovation package upgraded the amenities and infrastructure of various aspects of the historic Club. This phase began with extensive demolition of existing components, stripping them back to the original structure, and rebuilding to suit today’s needs. The upgrades included 4 men’s & women’s locker rooms equipped with 1100 lockers, shower and restroom facilities, and two steam rooms – complete with heavy millwork components to reflect a more modern design. A newly designed ladies’ lounge and terrace was created to accommodate 2,000 sq ft of outdoor seating. Additional upgrades included a kitchen renovation, a golf refreshment center, the complete build-out of a new pro shop, and 4,400 sq. ft. of fitness space. The Hodges & Hicks team approached this renovation with care, foreseeing the challenges they would face taking a historic structure and giving it new life.
